Had a leaking roof from a vent pipe, and Sam came the next day (Saturday at that), to take a look. He sent a crew a couple days later, and they mot only fixed the problem, they fixed all of the vent pipes!  Great crew, and they were very quick, and courteous. These guys will be doing my roof replacement very soon.  They get my highest recommendation for all things roofing!  I won’t go to anyone else.
Update:
Called Sam about replacing the roof, and within 6 days, Arron and the crew came out on the next Monday morning.  By 1500 half the roof was completed, and due to impending weather, they ensured everything was weather safe. After the storms passed, Arron and the gang, knocked the rest out.  This included two chimneys that needed “proper” coverings, and they didn’t miss a single detail with the rest… INCLUDING CLEAN UP!  Wherever you go for a new roof, you’d be making a huge mistake, if you don’t use Kramer Custom Roofing.  I believe he’s the best in the business, so go ahead and pay less, but you’ll regret not using the best!  Period!  Come take a look!  I’ll be glad to show you!

Working with Sam and the crew at Kramer Custom Roofing for our new roof was a great experience! Communication was fabulous throughout the process and especially during the job. Our on-site lead, Aaron, kept us informed of the daily plan, where exactly they would be staging and working, and how they were dealing with the weather forecast. Despite intense summer heat, tropical storms, and forecast rain, the crew got it done and made sure the roof was “dry” at the end of work days. The crew was very respectful of our property and cleaned up well at the end of each day. After research and a few calls, we decided to contract with Kramer Custom Roofing for installation of a much needed new roof. Proved to be a great choice! In addition to replacing the roof, we asked Sam to work with us on other exterior repairs. The  house is older and has multiple rooflines (some challenging) and cedar shake siding. Projects included roof replacement, repair of fascia trim, new chimney cap, and replacement of cedar shakes on 6 dormers and one side of the house. Sam was on-site frequently keeping us updated -good communication. Crew-Foreman Aaron was on-site daily with his hard working, capable team. They arrived on time, worked long hours, and cleaned up the area each day. All in the July 90 plus degree heat. No complaints from them and none from us. All work met or exceeded our expectations. With new shakes needing paint, we asked Sam to work with us on finding a painter to paint the entire house exterior, including shakes, trim, porches and shutters. He found the best and another big project was recently completed in August with excellent results. Thanks to Sam’s guidance and qualified workers who take pride in their craft, it has been a positive experience. Sam and his crew did an excellent job on my home. I was in need of a new roof, fascia board, soffit and especially gutters. Sam came out, discussed what would be done and the job was started shortly after. His crew were friendly, professional and left my yard clean and tidy after each day. The shingles and trim look really nice. Once the gutters were up, wow what a difference it made. I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. Last year I contracted with KramerCustomRoofing to replace my roof. It was a tremendous undertaking involving 8000 square feet that included a large house and a smaller guest house. As you can imagine they were here a good period of time, the crew was consistently on the job by 8am and didn’t leave until late afternoon. The men were professional, hardworking, and always did more than they were required to do. By the time the job was completed I thought of them as friends! The job was beautifully executed and looks amazing. I recommend them wholeheartedly and without reservation.
